Eligible Employees who participated in the Share Match Plan for the CY22 Plan Year (1 January 2022 to 31 December 2022) and have met all Matching Conditions will be eligible to receive Matched Shares after 28 April 2025.
Shares acquired with your CY22 Contributions were transferred to you:
Q1 - on 28 April 2022
Q2 - on 2 September 2022
Q3 - on 25 October 2022
Q4 - on 23 February 2023
If you remain employed by the Company and still hold your Acquired Shares 3 years after they were transferred to you, you will receive one Matched Share for each Acquired Share you still hold (subject to satisfaction of all applicable Matching Conditions).
